Introducing PulseGuard 2.0: Faster, Smarter, More Reliable

December 5, 20253 min read

We are thrilled to announce PulseGuard 2.0, our most significant release to date. This update brings a completely redesigned dashboard, dramatically faster check intervals, new monitoring capabilities, and an overhauled incident management workflow.

The new dashboard has been rebuilt from the ground up. Response time charts now update in real-time, uptime percentages are calculated with millisecond precision, and the new grid layout lets you see all your monitors at a glance. We have also added customizable dashboard views so you can organize monitors by team, environment, or priority.

Check intervals have been reduced to as low as 30 seconds on Pro and Business plans. This means you can detect outages in under a minute -- often before your users even notice. Combined with our AI-powered alerting, this creates a monitoring system that is both fast and intelligent.

New in 2.0 is full GraphQL API monitoring. You can now define multi-step GraphQL queries, validate response schemas, and monitor mutation performance. This joins our existing HTTP, SSL, DNS, TCP, and Ping monitoring capabilities to give you complete protocol coverage.

The incident management workflow has been completely rethought. Incidents now have severity levels (Critical, Major, Minor, Maintenance), real-time timelines that automatically log status changes and updates, and one-click status page integration. When you resolve an incident, your status page updates automatically.

We have also launched a full REST API for programmatic access to all PulseGuard features. Create monitors, trigger incidents, update status pages, and manage team members -- all from your CI/CD pipeline, Terraform scripts, or custom tooling. Full API documentation is available in our docs.

PulseGuard 2.0 is available today for all users. Free plan users get the new dashboard and improved check engine. Pro and Business plan users get access to 30-second intervals, GraphQL monitoring, and advanced incident management. Upgrade today and experience the future of monitoring.
