Can I use my own custom domain with automatic SSL?
Absolutely. Add a CNAME record pointing your subdomain (e.g. status.yourbrand.com) to PulseGuard and we handle SSL provisioning and renewal automatically via Let's Encrypt. No certificate management on your side.
Do subscribers get emailed when something breaks?
Yes. Anyone who subscribes to your status page receives an email automatically when a service goes down, degrades, or recovers. You don't have to write or send anything — it happens the moment your monitors change state.
Can I post incident updates manually?
