FAQ
Integration questions, answered
Does PulseGuard support PagerDuty escalation?
Yes. On Pro and Business plans you can connect your PagerDuty account and route incidents through your existing on-call schedules and escalation policies, so the right person is always paged.
How does the Google Search Console integration work?
You authorise PulseGuard via Google OAuth and select the GSC property for your site. PulseRank then pulls keyword impression and position data daily, combining it with SERP rank tracking to give you a unified view of search performance.
Can I use the REST API to manage everything programmatically?
Yes. PulseGuard exposes a REST API covering monitors, alert channels, PulseRank tasks, reports and more. Pair it with outbound webhooks to build fully automated workflows or integrate PulseGuard into your own dashboards and CI/CD pipelines.
What is the difference between the WordPress plugin and the client-side snippet?
The WordPress plugin integrates deeply with WP to apply on-page changes, inject JSON-LD schema and serve llms.txt / robots.txt from within WordPress itself. The client-side snippet is a one-line JS tag that works on any site or framework and applies PulseRank changes without touching your server or CMS.
Does the X / Twitter integration auto-publish posts?
Yes, once you connect your X account via OAuth and the Social Reach auto-publish toggle is enabled, PulseRank's engine drafts algorithm-optimised posts and publishes them automatically. X's write API requires a paid X developer subscription; auto-publish activates as soon as your account is connected.
